A gripping and spine chilling supernatural thriller
by Alex Jones
Mouthpiece Productions present The Bridge, a gripping and spine chilling supernatural thriller by Alex Jones. Directed by Larry Rew.
Say you have been at Worcester, where England’s sorrows began, and where they are happily ended………..
For some people sorrow can be an eternal nightmare. How do you escape the past when it will never let you go?
Tom and Lucy are on the run. Offered shelter and friendship by a stranger they hide away in an ancient house. As time passes Lucy becomes convinced she’s been in this house before – hundreds of years before………. when she and Tom were fugitives running from Oliver Cromwell’s army after the bloody Battle of Worcester had put an end to the long and bitter English Civil War.
Mouthpiece Productions
Mouthpiece Productions (previously known as Mouthpiece Theatre Company) was formed in 2001 by Keith Potts and Karin Heslop. Our first productions were held at the Bulls Head Inn, Inkberrow where we set up and ran a very successful 60 seat theatre. We specialized in new writing and plays by little known playwrights. In 2004 the company received a small subsidy from Worcestershire County Council and with added assistance from Wychavon District Council we started to tour our productions in Worcestershire and then wider a field. Our first venues included pubs, libraries, village halls, community centres and stately homes. We subsequently progressed to producing small scale tours to theatres as well as community venues and also to producing comedy and musical variety shows.
